Retest:
1. Log in to forum
2. Go to "Messages"
3. Press "Compose"
4. Enter 2 first symbols of a recipient, for example "Ал" and from list pick "Александр Вершинин" by mouse.
Actual result=Expected result: User added to the field "To" (recipient) without any error

Regeression:

1. Type full recipient name
2. Send private message to yourself.
3. Receiver's name matches Username but letters from different languages
4. Send private message addressed to unexisting user
5. Send private message by user added to ban before loading Private messages
6. # Send private message by user added to ban after loading Private messages
7. Send private message to username in Russian
8. Send private message to username in English
9. Send private message to username !@#$%&()_<>}{]['/?~```
10. Send private message to username 111$111
11. Send private message to username [user]d-c[/user]
12. Type lowercase name in uppercase

14. check all foms with all sql inject attacks
