      Description

      Pre-conditions
      User should have Admin permissions
      Steps to reproduce
      1. Go to forum -> Administration -> Users and search for any existed user
      2. Open Groups selection list
      3. Move your finger through the list
      Actual result
      Groups selection list is shown but it is fixed and there is no possibility to scroll up/down
      Expected result
      Groups selection list is shown and there is possibility to scroll up/down
