      Description

      Pre-conditions
      User should have Admin permissions
      Steps to reproduce
      1. Go to forum -> Administration -> Users and search for any existed user
      2. Open Groups selection list
      3. Add/delete groups from the Groups selection list
      4. Refresh the page
      Actual result
      Groups are added/deleted from the scrollable checklist but after refreshing the page changes are not saved
      Expected result
      Groups are added/deleted from the scrollable checklist and after refreshing the page changes are saved
