      Description

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Login as Administrator and go to Administration mode
      2. Open Administration pop-up dialog
      3. Tap on any field with a tooltip
      4. Tap on another field with a tooltip

      Actual result
      A tooltip gets stuck on the screen after opening. Impossible to show another tooltip.
      Expected result
      A tooltip does not get stuck on the screen after opening. It is possible to show another tooltip.
