No error message appears while saving new password with empty fields for 'New Password' and 'Confirm new password'

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in to JCommune as User with Administrator rights (Test user)
      2. Go to test User's profile page > 'Security' section
      3. Click on 'Save changes' button with empty 'New Password' and 'Confirm new password' text fields

      Actual result: No error message appears
      Expected result: "Length must be between 1 and 50 symbols" error message should appear
