Forum focus is highlighted with black color and is not visible on black background (Firefox)

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Forum Main page
      2. Press TAB several times

      Actual results: It is not possible to see on which header field the focus is as it is highlighted with black color
      Expected results: Focus should be highlighted with blue color to make it visible on black background.

      Issue is reproduces for Firefox browser only
