      You should have profile in JC.
      In profile you should have a smiley (UTF-8).

      Steps:

      1. Go to qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle/
      2. Click "Sign in" at upper-right corner
      3. Enter your Login and password
      4. Click "Sign in"

      Actual result: Error message.
      Expected result: .You enter to the Antarcticle by your profile.
