User created and activated in Jcommune are not activates in Poulpe.

Steps:

1. Open qa.jtalks.org/jcommune
2. Sign up new user
3. Activate new user by click on link what you received by email from qa.jtalks.org/jcommune
4. Sign in qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle

Actual result: User can't sing in on qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle. Error message ''User NewUser is not active" is shown.
Expected result: User sing in on qa.jtalks.org/antarcticle.

note, that this user can login in jcommune
