Displaying of hyperlink in Сode Review and comments for Questions, Answers and CR

      Description

      As a user I'd like link to website in message content displayed as hyper link automatically, not only if I insert link with 'Insert link' dialog.

      Acceptance criteria:

      1. Link to website in body of message (in Code Review topics, comments on Questions, Answers and Code Review ) should be show in different color of text.
      2. When user hovers mouse on a text of link, cursor of mouse should be shape of hand.
      3. When user clicks on hyperlink in body of message (in CR, comments on Questions, Answers and CR), the URL of this link should be opened.
      4. When user clicks on hyperlink in message, and after then click Back, link should be displayed as hyperlink (see conditions from other points in this list).
      5. Criteria of automatically displayed link as hyper link, is availability in start of link symbols 'http://" or "https://". Cyryllic domains links like http://почта.рф title should be dispayed as hyperlinks as well. The link should start either from a new line or whitespace and end with a whitespace or end of line. Note, that if the link ends on .,!?()[] followed by a whitespace, then these signs should not be considered as a part of the link.
