Add pagination to list of users in group page

As admin i want to be able to see all users in group (not only first 20 entries).

1. Users in usergroup should be displayed with 20 entries per page
2. Pagination should be displayed in same style as pagination for topics in branch
3. Users should be sorted in alphabetical case-insensitive order
