In Profile option change Name, Last Name doesnt work

Preconditions: User must be log in in the forum Jcommune  http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/,

Steps:

1. Go to Profile Name in the left upper corner
2. In the list box choose Profile
3. Fill the field Name another name data
4. Fill the field First name another data 
5. Click button Safe changes
6. Go to forum Jcommune
7.  Go to Forum/[All permissions for all|http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/sections/2]

8.  Click Start Discussion
   9. Create new topic
   10. Click button send
   Expected result: The Name and Last Name of user should be changed, the message should be shown "changes are successfuly provided",  user's new topic should be puplished under new changed Name and Last name
   Actual result: The Name and Last Name of user  didnt change, there is no message "changes are successfuly provided",  user's new topic is not puplished under new changed Name and Last name
