No values for page size combobox is validation error occures

Test case:
1. Open user profile
2. Click "edit profile"
3. Enter wrong data to cause validation error
4. Click "Save changes"

Expected result: "Number of topics on page" combobox is filled up with 5,10,50...
Actual result: combobox has no values to choose from
