User can't access password fields on Registration Form

      Description

      Open Jtalks
      Click "Sign Up" link

      User cant choose Password and Confirm Password fields because of the footer located on them.
      Comments for all fields are in the wrong place.

          Comments are still in the wrong place.
          Move them to the right of the fields and mark by the other colour

          Our server has been out of date for a while, so last time you've test not the last version availabe. Sorry for that.

          Now server problems are fixed, so please verify it now.
