Refiling the form fields

This is a global bug, but I'll describe only one case:
if you post an answer to the topic, you see Topic: "Re: The original name of topic". But if you press Post and your answer doesn't pass the validation, the Topic will be: "Re:". So we need to fill the form fields after the validation is failed.
