"Now are browsing this topic" localization issue

TC1:
1) Open any branch, for ex http://deploy.jtalks.org/jcommune/branches/1
2) Make sure the current locale is english, if not - click GB flag at the top-right corner or the page
3) Take a look at the message under the "Back" and "New topic" buttons at the bottom of the page:
ER: Something like "Now are browsing this topic: None" or no caption at all
AR: "Now are browsing this topic:Нет"

TC2:
1) Open any topic, for ex http://deploy.jtalks.org/jcommune/topics/27
2) - 3) same as TC1
ER: "Something like "Now are browsing this topic: None"
AR: "Something like "Now are browsing this topic: Нет"

Also please note that in TC1 there is no expected whitespace between a colon and a number of visitors or "None".
