Previous topic/Next topic links traverces topics in a strange order

1. Open any branch and memorize topic order
2. Open any topic and use "Next topic" or "Previous topic" link several times

Actual result: Topics will open in order different from the order on branch vies
Expected result: Topics must appear exactly in the same order as in branch view
