Shows nothing in an empty branch

    Details

      Description

      If there are no topics in the branch, it simply shows a header without grid.
      Expected result is the message: "There are no topics, be the first who posts in this branch".

          Please do the same in other places:

          Profile -> Post list, "There are no posts yet"
          Main page-> recent activity, "There are no activities in 24 hours"
          Main page-> Topics without answers, "There are no topics without answers"
          Private messages, Inbox, "There are no incoming messages"
          Private messages, Outbox, "There are no send messages"
          Private messages, Draft, "There are no messages yet"

          Feel free to change text!

          Styled forum pages, but didn't touch PM yet. I'll fix them during PM redesign. Recent activity page may contain bugs as I was styling it blindly.
