      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open a page with topic, click on the Link button of the post. Copy the link from the modal window, it contains a reference to anchor (#1234)
      2. Enter it into address bar and load the page, it will lead you to the needed post. The repeat step 1 and you'll see that now the link has two references to anchors (#134#4132) which leads to a broken link.
Expected result: the generated link shouldn't depend on the current link you have in your address bar, it always should have only one reference to a single anchor (post).
