User clicks "Topics without answer" and redirected to the page with list of topics wich has only 1 post added during topic creation. Requirement to this list the same as to the others - pagination, sorting etc. Each line contains the topic name and message up to some (200 for example) characters. Others characters should be cut off after the last fitted in word. User can clicks on the title of the topic near the post and see the topic itself. Design and behaviour of this page are similar to "Recent Activity" page.
