Wrong error messsages while creating new personal message

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in and click on 'Message' link
2.Click 'New message'link
3.Add values:
recepient: existed user
title: 1 character
body message:1 character
4.Press button 'Send'

AR: Appears 'should be 2-22 characters' error message next to 'body message' field AND 'should be 2-1000 characters' error message next to 'title' field.

ER:Appears 'should be 2-1000 characters' error message next to 'body message' field AND 'should be 2-22 characters' error message next to 'title' field.
