Steps to reproduce:

1.Login and click on 'Message' link
2.Click 'New message 'link
3.Add values:
recipient: existed user
title: 1 character
body message:1 character
4.Press button 'Send'

AR: Appears error message next to 'title'-field that designed different from error message next to 'body message'-field.

ER: Appears error message next to 'title'-field that designed such way as error message next to 'body message'-field.( front, color and so on)
