Username doesn't remain on entering wrong password

      Description

      Username is not saved on entering wrong password.

      How to repeat:
      1. Open login page
      2. Enter valid name
      3. Enter invalid password and click Sign in

      As a result, login name is cleared
      Expected, that username remains when the error message appears

            Login screen has been changed to popup. Pls apply the case descriped to new popup window

            As it was mentioned before, login page has been changed to popud. It has two text fields for entering username and password, checkbox for "remember me", lower in a centre it has link for password recovering, in a right bottom -submit button with label "OK". If attempt to login was failed, login popup window will be invoked again with text error,all entered data will be saved in text field, except password. In case of normal login completion current page will be refreshed.
