      Description

      Sometimes avatar can't be uploaded.

      Steps:
      1. User logins.
      2. Open "Profile"
      3. Click page "Edit Profile"
      4. Click "Upload Profile" button.

      Actual Result: Edit Profile page is still opened
      Expected result: Menu for uploading file appears

            Browser's versions have been specified in Environment field.

            Actually it is impossible to provide more detailed steps, it is some kind of Heisenbug.
            Please, overview the attached screenshots, perhaps it can help.

            Wasn't reproduced in 0.15.
            Seesma as it was fixed with other avatar's bugs.
