Steps to reproduce:
1.Login as User_1 and click on 'Message' link
2.Create a valid message and send it to User_2
3.Logout, than Login as User_2
4.Сlick on 'Message' link
5.Open new message from User_1 and press 'Quote' button
6.Send this message
7.Logout, than Login as User_1
8.Check received quoted message from User_2

AR: Message is shown this way: Message [quote="Jiharka"]it is quoted message[/quote] (Also see att.pic.)

ER: Message should be shown in quoted message design
