      Steps to reproduce:

      1.Register and Login into Jtalks
      2.Subscribe to branch
      3.Under another Login create new topic in this brunch
      3.Check user email for new message

      ER:User has new message from jtalks@inbox.ru
      AR:User received notification

            Tested. There is no notification when user creates new topic, only when appear new messages.

            mail notification is send in case changes are made by another user, so you should be subscribed to branch. is it so?
            And did you create TCs according this issue?

            Correct. Notification is send when another user made changes and author is subscribed to branch.
