User name is shown incorrect in Activation letter if User name contains non-latin letters

1. Register a new user using Sign Up button. User name should contain non-latin letters (f.ex. Юзернейм).
2. Open activation letter on the email which you entered.
As a result, the User name in the activation letter is shown incorrect (see attachment)
