Move topic between sections/branches

Moderator could move topic to another branch.
First post in topic must contain button/link "Move"

When user click this button appears window "Move topic".
There are 2 lists on this window.

1. List of sections
2. List of branches

Behaviour of lists are described below:

• When user select "All sections" in 1st list, 2nd list will display all branches from all sections. Caption of 2nd list changes to "All sections".
• When user select "SectionN" in 1st list, 2nd list will display branches which belong to SectionN. Caption of 2nd list changes to "SectionN".

User selects branch by name and presses button "Move".
To discard this operation user clicks "Cancel".
Topic will appear in selected branch in order due to its date/time properties.

After topic moved to other branch notification about it will be sent to users subscribed for notification in branches where topic was before or where topic was moved in.
