Add new topic to the branch

1.1 User opens a page with the list of branches (not sorted).

1.2 User clicks "Branch name" and goes to the page a list of topics which are sorted by last updated date.

1.3 User presses "Add topic" and goes the page of topic creation.

1.4 User enters his the title of the topic and a body of the post and presses "Add topic" button.

1.4.1 If the topic title blank, or contains less than 5 characters (spaces and tabs are not included), or body contains less than

2 charcters (spaces and tabs are not included), then the user is redirected to a page creation topic and sees

the appropriate message. User enters data, which satisfy all the requirements and presses "Add topic" button.

1.5 User is redirected to view this topic.

1.6 User presses "Back" and goes to the page a list of topics which are sorted by last updated date.
