Another user profile is shown in case there is "." in the end of a name

1. Register some pretty user, for ex. "PrettyUser"
2. Login as PrettyUser, add avatar, signature, create some posts/topics and logout
3. Register user "PrettyUser.", activate account
4. Login as "PrettyUser."
Note, that 'Hi, PrettyUser.!" is shown in the header
5. Overview the Profile

As a result,

• "PrettyUser" profile is shown instead of "PrettyUser."
• There is no "Edit Profile" button on Profile page
