Create PM from user profile. Last symbol is gone.

When creating PM from user profile username in field TO loosees last symbol if it's a dot.

Step to reproduce:
1. Login with any user
2. Find user with name ending with dot. For ex. "YFGFKV4."
3. Go to user profile
4. Click Send PM

AR: Field TO contains "YFGFKV4"

ER: Field TO contains "YFGFKV4."
