User receive notification about one update twice in case subscription on both topic and branch

User can subscribe to branch and separate topic simultaneously. In this case, he will receive e-mail notification about changes in this topic twice: one for topic and second for branch.
It will be good to have just one notification in this case.

One of possible solution is to prohibit posibility to subscribe on topic in case user has subscription for whole branch.
