      Description

      Here's the list of improvements for "Add contact" functionality

      1. ICQ number should have 6-9 digits mask
      2. Skype contact should be a skype:// link that can be opened in Skype
      3. E-mail should have smth@smth.somwhere mask and mailto: link
      4. Facebook should have http://facebook.com/somewho mask. Same for twitter and other social networks
      5. All hyperlinks (e.g. facebook account link) should be highlighted and lead to appropriate place
      6. Don't think adding empty contacts is a good idea.
