Autoconvert plain text URL to hyperlink

It's need to automatic wrap correct URLs with URL-tags to show URL as hyperlink:

1. Create new post (topic, private message)
2. USe plain URL in text without [url] bb-tags
3. Save new post

It's expected that valid hyperlink in a text will be shown as a link
