Preview button doesn't work for polls

Open "New topic" page
Fill all fields with correct data (including poll fields)
Click "Preview" button

Actual result: User doesn't see preview of his poll

Expected result: User should see poll, but shouldn't be able to vote

If user edits 1st post it's possible to edit only text of post itself, but not voting.
In Preview mode user should see voting, but can't vote (button VOTE should be disabled)
