Description

URLs for topics and posts on javatalks.ru are valuable, as they're bookmarked and indexed by search engines. That is why we need to perform graceful regirection with Http 301 (Moved permanently). Redirect examples:

.../ftopic12/Cool-topic -> .../topic/12
.../sutra12345.php#12345 -> .../posts/12345
