Digits entered from captcha are remains on reloading

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on Sign Up link to registration
2.Enter digits from captcha
3.Click on the ОК button

Actual result:  Digits entered from captcha are remains on reloading

Expected result:  After a failed registration the text field must be cleaned.
