Conatct value is always defined

1. Create new user, activate and login
2. Open Profile-> Edit Profile
3. "Add more" contacts
Each contact type has defined contact value which is saved on clicking Ok button.
It is expected that this values are shown with grey font and disappears on moving coursor to the field.
