Percentage isn't shoen in Poll results

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open topic with active Poll(not expired, without your voice), choose an item and click Vote.
        or
      • just open topic with poll results (expired poll or you are unregistered user)

      Actual Result: just voices count is shown
      Expected: results should be shown with count and percents also.

            Please see acceptance criteria for the story.
            "results are shown in two formats simultaneously: percents and persons count".
            So please change the design.
