Steps to reproduce;
- select russian language in drop-down menu in the upper-right corner
- Mouse over the buttons
As a result, tooltips are shown in english instead of russian
- main page: cup with RSS
- moderator's manes in the topics
- online/offline sign in the user info part in posts
- Answer button in the post
- move/edit/delete/quote/link buttons in the post

One more case with i18n missing
1. Open main page or any section view
2. Change language to Russian
3. pay attention to the most right column with last post info
