"Jtalks.org" link doesn't work on all pages.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in by any user
2. Scroll down the page and click on the "jtalks.org" link

Actual: "Error 404 We're unable to find the page you are looking for" message appears.
Expected: A user should be redirected to the main page.

Note: The same issue can be reproduced on all pages.
