CSS classes to selenium

need to check whether there is a description of these classes, and if not then it means they are only used in the tests. Then they need to add the prefix test_. For example test_breadtsrumb

List of classes:
1) breadcrumb (1.png)
2) post-userinfo-username (1.png)
3) currentusername (this link not used. If it truee then remove from css)
4) pm_user_to_from (4.png)
