      1. Login to Forum
      2. Open any topic
      3. Press "Subscribe/unsubscribe " button

      Actual Result: The button "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" is blocked by tooltip above(look the picture in attachment)
      Expected Result: The button "Subscribe/Unsubscribe" is available.
