RUS, UA: Edit user profile - An incorrect message appears when a user tries to upload file with prohibited extension

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in by any user
2. Click on the Profile link and change language to Russian
3. Click on the Edit Profile button.
4. Try to upload *.wmv file.

Actual: '*.wmv has invalid extension. Only jpg, jpeg, png, gif are allowed.' message appears
Expected: Message text should correspond to chosen language
Note: The same issue is for Ukranian language
