A user can 'delete' posts when he/she has 'Allowed' and 'Restricted' permissions for the same topic.

Precondition:
'JCommune' user should exist. Branch with two assigned groups should exist, first group for 'Allowed' permission(Allowed), second - for 'Restricted'(Banned) for all permissions type. 'JCommune' user should be in the 'Allowed' group.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the forum as 'JCommune'
2. Create post and add answer
3. Navigate to the 'Poulpe' using admin/admin
4. Add 'JCommune' to the 'Banned' group
5. Go to forum as 'JCommune' user and select post from step 2
6. Try to 'delete' post

Actual: Banned user is able to 'edit' or 'delete' post.
Expected: If beeing banned in Poulpe user should be limited in operations of forum.
Note: The same issue for 'New Topic' button, it is displayed for the 'Banned' user.
