I rolling sample_sections.sql and see following errors:
ERROR 1452 (23000): Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`jtalks`.`acl_entry`, CONSTRAINT `fk_acl_entry_sid` FOREIGN KEY (`sid`) REFERENCES `acl_sid` (`id`))
