      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Sign in by any user
      2. Click on the Profile link and change language to Ukrainian
      3. Click on the Edit Profile button
      4. Click on the 'Add more...' button

      Actual: 'Add contact' dialog has an incorrect title.
      Expected: Title of the 'Add contact' dialog should correspond to chosen language
      Note: The same issue is for Russian language
