Anonymous user doesn't see avatars of registered users in topics.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Jtalks-Jcommune by any user with uploaded avatar
2. Create new topic in any available branch
3. Click on the Logout button
4. Navigate to the topic from step 2

Actual: Avatar isn't displayed.
Expected: Anonymous user should see avatars of registered users in topics.
Note: The same issue can be reproduced on javatalks instance(http://javatalks.jtalks.org/jcommune)
