Maria Agapchenko could you please also specify versions of FF and Opera?

The bug was found on my work PC and only reproduces in Firefox on my home PC. I will only be able to update the info about browser version on Monday.

Exact case to test agaist:

1. Log in
2. Choose an english language
3. Create a topic with cyrillic text
4. Click "RSS Feed" icon on main page

ER: feed displays russian symbols in a proper way
AR: Cyrillic symbols are shown in a wrong encoding

Cyrillic letters are shown correctly in RSS in Chrome, IE, Firefox, Opera

Test Environment: Opera 12.14, MF 18.0.2

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in
2. Choose an english language
3. Create a topic with cyrillic text
4. Click "RSS Feed" icon on main page (a cup sign)

Actual Result: Cyrillic symbols are shown in a wrong encoding
Expected Result: Cyrillic symbols are to be shown in a proper way

The bug is being reproduced now, it has to be reopened

The bug is to be closed

Regression test:

• grant/restrict groups from VIEW_TOPIC in Recent activity and RSS
• add the user to the group granted VIEW_TOPIC in Recent activity and RSS
• delete user from the group granted VIEW_TOPIC in Recent activity and RSS

Opera browser shows the topics in RSS when in shouldn't, but it seems to be a problem of Opera, not of JTalks
Result: PASSED
