      1. Browse the JCommune
      2. Register new user
      3. Try to activate user by link from activation email

      Actual result:

      1. Following message is displayed

      Не удается активировать данный аккаунт. Возможно неверно указан адрес или время активации (24 часа с момента регистрации) уже истекло.
