      Description

      To perform POULPE-226 refactoring needed for Property entity.

      The attached patch does the following:

      1. adds validationRule field for Property entity
      2. adds new migration which adds VALIDATION_RULE to PROPERTIES table
      3. modifies Component - removed unneeded @UniqueConstraint annotation
